Savvy Sportswear designs and produces custom apparel, including screen-printed, embroidered, and rhinestone-decorated items. All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Each product is made to order based on the customer’s specifications. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing error or defect.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is due in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to purchase confirmation.

Standard production and delivery time is 2–3 weeks after order approval, depending on order size and complexity.

All designs, artwork, and materials created by Savvy Sportswear remain the intellectual property of Savvy Sportswear unless otherwise stated in writing.

Savvy Sportswear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
