At Savvy Sportswear, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every product we create. Please review our policies below to understand how we handle returns and exchanges for both general merchandise and custom items.

General Merchandise – Exchange Only

For our non-custom apparel and general merchandise, we offer a 21-day exchange-only policy.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must:
 

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Have all tags attached and be in the original packaging
     

If your exchange is approved, please allow 2–3 business days after we receive your return for the exchange to be processed.
 

Please note that exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.

Custom & Limited-Run Items

All custom-made and limited-run items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective or incorrect.

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@savvysportswear.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
A flat return shipping fee of $7–$10 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Be returned with prior approval (unapproved returns will not be accepted)

 

Savvy Sportswear reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if these conditions are not met.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
